Vienna, 21 June 2022 - Airbus’ Tactilon Agnet has won the prize "Best MCX Solution of the Year” during the annual International Critical Communications Awards (ICCAs) at the Critical Communications World (CCW) event in Vienna.

The ICCAs are the most prestigious awards in critical communications and this year, there were 15 categories in which products, organizations and individuals could be recognized.

In Airbus’ winning category, 15 judges from around the globe were looking for innovative examples of standards-based MCX solutions that can deliver what it takes to stimulate the market and they identified Airbus’ Tactilon Agnet as the forerunner in critical communication and collaboration solutions over broadband.

“We are so thrilled to win! It is an ultimate compliment. Tactilon Agnet is such a versatile solution. It delivers instant group communications over broadband – push-to-talk, data, video – and it does this easily and securely” said Selim Bouri Head of Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific for Airbus Secure Land Communications.

Tactilon Agnet is a collaboration engine – a strong push-to-x service combined with an ecosystem of apps, accessories, devices and possibilities of integration. Due to the fact that it can bridge together communications and workflow management, it can also support business processes in a new way.

“Because Tactilon Agnet is available as an end-to-end service and amazingly easy to adopt, it can expand the MCX market from public safety to other organizations and enterprises who need critical communications,” Mika Myllymäki says.

Tactilon Agnet is on show during the CCW 2022 exhibition, booth A120 in Messe Wien, Austria, between the 21st and 23rd of June.
